Future Talent Programme is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. We offer a permanent position from start in September 2025 at our site in Stuttgart. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and the Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

You will be based in Stuttgart, Germany but you will work in a global arena.
What you will do
As our new Future Talent – Regulatory Compliance Expert you will:
- Support projects and studies to assess the safety of new packaging material developments and verify their compliance with EU, US and China food contact material legislation.
- Build and maintain the supporting documentation and database for food contact compliance certification.
- Monitor the circular economy strategies and stay current with regulatory developments for food contact materials and hazardous chemicals.
- Provide input to the impact assessment of environmental regulations on Tetra Pak´s food contact portfolio.
- Be a knowledgeable speaking partner with valuable advice for all questions related to food safety and packaging materials.
- Support in handling customer requests regarding food safety and food contact compliance of Tetra Pak products.
We believe you have
- You have a Masters Degree in food chemistry or chemistry or similar scientific area of expertise, PhD preferred (Graduated 2024-2025).
- You are fluent in English and German, written and spoken.
- You have good communications skills, written and spoken
- Previous international studies/experience are considered meritorious.
- You are willing to travel and work abroad.
- You are flexible and show superior engagement.
- You are a problem solver with a strong personal drive.
- You are passionate about applying your theoretical knowledge into actual challenges.
- You are a true team player.
