HR Associate ( HR Advisor & Master Data) Temporary

 

You will be playing an integral role in the HR Service Centre for South Asia, East Asia and Oceania (SAEAO), supporting employees with their queries related to HR policies and processes as well as be responsible for administrating Employee Central master data. 

 

This is a temporary contract position for 8 months (ending in June 2022).

 

This position can be based in either Pune, India or Jurong, Singapore and reporting to the Manager, Master Data & Service Management.

What you will do

 

As the HR Associate, you will:

 

HR Advisor:

  • Respond to and resolve employees’ general HR queries received via phone and email.
  • Liaise with relevant HR colleagues when necessary on specific areas of queries to provide seamless resolution 
  • Manage, track and follow up on all queries in the HR ticket handling system
  • Build a knowledge inventory of frequently asked questions to expedite resolution of queries accurately
  • Effectively guide employees on the use of HR Self-Service Portal to obtain information
  • Maintain HR Self-Service Portal to ensure that information provided is updated and relevant. Work on continuous improvement of the portal to achieve optimal effectiveness and efficiency
  • Achieve key performance indicators as committed in the Service Level Agreement 
  • Monitor and participate in the analysis of key performance indicators to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Contribute to the overall successful delivery of value-add HR services to our internal clients

 

Master Data Administrator

  • Responsible for creating and maintaining of master data to reflect accurate information such as compensation details, employee’s personal data and etc. 
  • Work within the master data team to coordinate Master Data Management requirements to ensure data consistency, accuracy and integrity
  • Receive and handle maintenance requests and questions in the ticket handling system 
  • Identifies opportunities for improving processes
     

Who you are

 

We believe you have/are:

 

  • Bachelor’s Degree in HR or any relevant fields.
  • Professional qualification in Human Resource Management will be an advantage. Fresh grad are preferred
  • Demonstrated knowledge in SuccessFactors system will be desirable
  • Communicate clearly and effectively, both spoken and written English. Additional language capabilities will be an advantage
  • Service-oriented and works well under pressure
  • Organised both in thought process and execution
  • Strong interpersonal abilities and enjoy working in a matrix team set-up
  • Self-motivated and strives to excel
  • Keen to learn
