Job Summary

Tetra Pak Filtration Solutions with offices in Silkeborg, Denmark, and in Champlin, USA is the group competence center for membrane filtration and water process technology. Altogether, we are 125 dedicated employees. You can see more on tetrapakfiltration.com
Playing a central role in bringing sales drawings through engineering, manufacturing, and delivering to our final customers. Fresh graduates are also welcome.
We are looking for a Project Manager who will report to our Manager of Engineering & Project Execution and be part of a team of experienced colleagues working in a truly international environment.
Your primary task will be to manage commercial projects as well as do the engineering part of the projects.
The position is based in Silkeborg, Denmark, but our office will move to Aarhus in 2025.

What you will do

  • Managing and running projects in close cooperation with our customers and Tetra Pak regional offices worldwide
  • Being responsible for the scope, budget, deadlines, and quality of the project
  • Ensuring communication with suppliers and customers
  • Performing engineering of plants and process lines in AutoCAD and other tools
  • Purchasing components and services
  • Proactively identify and mitigate project risks, changes, and issues
  • Follow up on technical issues and secure a solution covering the interests of theb customer and Tetra Pak
  • Negotiate deviations and variation orders with the customers
  • Coordinate installation and commissioning

We believe you have

  • Relevant background, e.g. mechanical engineer, marine engineer, or similar
  • Project management skills and maybe exams 
  • Experience with processing plants for the food industry (preferably in dairy) is an advantage
  • Speak and write Danish and English at a high level, German skills are appreciated
  • True team player attitude with excellent communication skills
  • The capability to combine technical knowledge with a good sense of business
  • An outgoing, independent, and flexible way of thinking
  • Result-oriented and an analytical approach
  • The ability to stay organized and to work structured
  • The ability to communicate clearly in an assertive way with colleagues, customers, and suppliers
  • A passion for bringing projects from idea to final commissioning on customer site
  • The desire to continuously learn and develop yourself
