Job Summary

Tetra Pak Filtration Solutions wants to strengthen the organization and is now looking for a technically strong Commissioning Engineer.
You will be part of a strong team of qualified Technicians and Engineers with a broad network of contacts for all teams.
We are currently seeking a highly motivated, self-driven person to take the position of Commissioning Engineer.

You must be based in / near to Silkeborg, Denmark.
Required traveling is up to 150 - 200 days per year. 

What you will do

  • Prepare material for start-up, take-over, and commissioning of plants delivered in cooperation with the Project Manager
  • Participate in FAT test and IO testing
  • Start up plants independently
  • Train the customer’s operators
  • Participate in troubleshooting and development tasks
  • Prepare commissioning reports and feedback to the sales, project, and development teams. 

We believe you have

  • Bachelor of science or equivalent mechanical engineering experience Relevant background (e.g. Dairy Technician, Process Technologist, Marine Engineer, Automation Technician or similar)
  • In-depth knowledge of process and filtration plants
  • Understanding of PLC/automation and electrical components
  • Good English skills
  • Ability to communicate clearly with colleagues, customers and suppliers
  • Ability to work in a structured and independent manner
  • Outgoing, service-minded and flexible
  • You're based in Denmark
