Main Responsibilities

 

  • Ability to perform changeovers on presses including all die work
  • Perform general maintenance on all production equipment including presses, sealer, scrap system and air system
  • Experience using computers, programming PLC’s and writing ladder PLC logic.
  • Electrical experience removing and installing motors, relays, valves, pumps and varies electrical components.
  • Diagnostics, removal and installation of hydraulics and pneumatics, pumps and pump pressure settings.
  • Ability to adjust major pieces of production equipment to remedy nonconforming items as deemed necessary by the QC department or shift supervisor
  • Perform the modification of major pieces of production equipment to improve quality, increase safety or decrease downtime as deemed necessary by Management
  • Perform preventative and general maintenance checks on production equipment
  • Performance of weekly compressor checks
  • Perform all duties in a safe manner

Qualifications

You are thorough, possess a high level of integrity and constantly aim for improvements. The preferred educational background is a high school diploma or equivalent.  Previous experience with a manufacturing facility is highly beneficial.

To produce as per given methods following WCM methods and Quality parametersMaintain the machines as per AM

What you will do

1. Responsible for machine working process2. Lead AM team3. Lead or be a member of Improvement teams4. Provide anomalies/breakdown analysis5. Take decision if machine need to be stopped: base on quality tests results or raw material quality6. Provide training for newvomers

We believe you have

At least 3-5 years of work experience in production processes or Fresh Diploma Engineer with 0-3 years expereince Has proficiency through job related training and considerable on-the-job experience Advanced knowledge of Machine/processes/ Quality tests Advanced AM knowledge: steps, root cause analysis, DMS WCM basic methodologies knowledge such as PDCS cycle and 12 step of Kaizen Leading skills to be able to lead AM team and operators in shift
