Continuous Improvement Intern Sikeston

 

 

The Tetra Pak Internship Program is your pass to the professional world, offering you hands-on experience and valuable networking opportunities. You will experience real situations in the corporate world and develop on a personal and professional level. Upon joining our team, you will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare you to put your full potential into action.

 

This position is based in Sikeston, MO.

 

Salary Range: $21-$24 / hour

 

Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas, relocation, or housing for these positions.

What you will do

Continuous Improvement Intern
Duration: May 19, 2025 - November 14, 2025
(Full-time from May 19 - August 15, then part-time max. 20 hours/week)

 

As a Continuous Improvement Intern, you will:

  • Participate in Continuous Improvement activities in the factory.
  • Be part of the meetings and discussions from our Kaizen and WCM Pillars.
  • Support drive to progress equipment in the Autonomous Maintenance journey.
  • Drive some Visual Management Projects.

We believe you have

  • Current enrollment in college, ideally in your last two (2) years of college, and you are interested in taking your career to the next level.
  • Suggested majors: Industrial Management or related Engineering.
  • Interest in continuous improvement methodologies and project management.
  • Manufacturing experience is desirable.
  • Sustainability knowledge a plus.
  • Availability to work full time during summer and transition to part time during fall semester in an in-person internship.
