Job Summary

The owners of the job  use their  understanding of science and engineering and their technical leadership abilities to solve significant technical problems, lead and execute the engineering tasks.
The owners of this job works on development of new or improved products/systems, using a variety of engineering methods to meet specifications and functional requirements
The owners of the job are engineers who make advances in science technology, engineering or capability that result in new and/or improved equipment, materials, packages, systems and processes.
 They have technical responsibility for the execution of specific projects activities; they bring forward new technical insights based upon their original ideas and new innovative approaches to solve problems

The owners of the job receive  work independently and act as point of contact to colleagues.
The owners of the job apply specialized deep knowledge to solve multi-dimentional issues and problems not immediately evident, actively contribute to processes improvements, and provide input on policy development. 
The owners of the job are recognised by peers as functional/technical specialist in their own field of knowledge, and may assist in leading or training less experienced engineers within the field they are expert

What you will do

  • Lead the system integration and drive technical solutions within development projects. 

  • Leading, guiding and monitoring the maturity of the technical solution that is developed within the team.

  • Manage requirement, identify technical milestones 

  • Understand the system under development in the projects and secure the integration to the other systems in the value chain.

  • Lead verification and validation strategy and track verification and validation status. 

  • Manage technical risk and monitor Likelihood of Technical Success (LoTS) 

  • Present the system technical status of the solution in formal forums and manage key system engineering artefacts.

We believe you have

  • You hold a university degree in Engineering.

  • You are fluent in English both spoken and written.

  • Knowledge of Italian and/or Swedish will be considered a plus

  • You have 3-5 years of experience working in a development environment such as Food Packaging, Automotive, Aerospace, Rail or process industry that has provided you a broad systems requirement, solutions development and verification validation understanding.

  • You may also have gained experience working within the customer services field.
