Job Summary

We are seeking a highly analytical and proactive Strategic Procurement to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in transforming procurement from an operational function into a strategic business partner. The ideal candidate will leverage data to derive insights, drive actionable strategies, and optimize our supply chain, all while demonstrating exceptional initiative and cross-functional collaboration to achieve our business objectives.

What you will do

  • Lead the development and implementation of global procurement category strategies in alignment with company objectives.
  • Conduct industry and supply market analysis, supplier base assessment to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
  • Manage supplier base by applying all Supplier management processes to secure compliance with Tetra Pak procedures
  • Work closely with key stakeholders from other functions in a cross-functional team integrate systems, improve processes, and clearly communicate data-driven recommendations to stakeholders at all levels
  • Coordinate crisis management activities to secure business continuity.
  • Lead continuous improvement initiatives to enhance procurement efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Actively research, propose, and implement AI-powered solutions—such as intelligent spend classification, cost model analysis, or predictive risk analytics—to automate manual tasks and unlock new value.

We believe you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain, Finance, Data Analytics, or a related field.
  • 5+ years in strategic procurement, category management, or a commercial analytics role, with a solid understanding of procurement processes and financial principles.
  • Strong proficiency in English, with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively, prepare comprehensive reports, and collaborate seamlessly in an international working environment
  • Expert-level skill in data manipulation and visualization (Advanced Excel, Power BI/Tableau, SQL). Ability to tell a story with data.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence others.
  • A self-starter with high initiative, strong ownership, and a goal-oriented mindset.
  • Proven experience in cross-functional project coordination and stakeholder management.
  • High interest in AI, machine learning, and automation. Hands-on experience with, or strong motivation to rapidly learn, relevant tools.
