Install, commission liquid food packaging & processing equipment Execute preventive maintenance of customer equipment in line with global Tetra Pak standard procedures Execute installation of relevant rebuilding/upgrade kits according to proceduresStand by for emergency and break down calls   Conduct production supervision and operator training at customer site Problem investigation and troubleshooting and execute and complete all relevant reports in an accurate and timely way.

Short Description

Bachelor degree in mechanical and electrical or automation4-5 years of practical experience in similar duties with good hands-on skills, with experience for delivering preventive maintenance, installation tasks and rebuilding kit installations Good command of English and computer skills Genuine interest in techniques and customer service with focus on quality Willing to travel extensively in China 

Critical Experience

+3 years experience in Installations, maintenance and/or service work. Can independently deliver preventive maintenance, installation tasks and rebuilding kit installations. Example of previous positions: Technician, Service Engineer from another company, Development Engineer, Production engineer

Key Responsibilities

1. Execute installation tasks, assembling machines and conveyers.

2. Execute preventive maintenance activities in line with global Tetra Pak standard procedures and reinstate equipment into production environment according to defined expectations.

3. Execute timely reporting of all discovered Technical Issues according to the QTIM processes.

4. Execute installation of relevant rebuilding/upgrade kits according to procedures and reinstate equipment into production environment according to defined expectations.

5. Inform relevant Tetra Pak staff about ongoing service activities as well as of any issues affecting the customer or the quality of Tetra Pak service. Inform about any business opportunity discovered at the customer through the relevant channels.

6. Act as an ambassador for Tetra Pak at all times, ensuring and promoting good working relationships with the customer and that TP’s reputation is sustained.

7. Execute and complete all relevant reports in an accurate and timely way. Distribute reports according to existing procedures and ensure that proper handover is done.

8. Execute all work in accordance with Tetra Pak and Customer safety regulations and requirements. Execute all work in accordance with Tetra Pak standards and requirements regarding product quality and food safety. Escalate all discovered food safety, quality assurance and regulatory issues.
