Job Summary

Lead the provision of overall expertise, technology know-how, support, and consultancy for industrial digital systems including MES/MOM applications, ERP integrations, business application and system infrastructure enablers. Develop solutions for the deployment of industrial digital service solutions and operational support strategies to manage solution lifecycle, escalated problems and activities and services to secure solution performance over time (configuration, optimization, documentation)

Below ONLY Infrastructure Engineering

Lead the provision of technical support for ICS Infrastructure design, deployment and lifecycle support. This include full technology ownership of the system architecture deployed in customer sites and technology know-how in relevant technology areas, driving value by adding innovation for the customers.

What you will do

  • Service MES/MOM applications with specific automation competence (PLC/HMI, dB management, object oriented languages, etc…)
  • Service solutions, business application and softwares in the upper part of the IoT stack
  • Provide troubleshooting and root cause analysis with aid of prevailing problem solving methodologies.
  • Use QTIM process, provide Technical Documentation and reporting including QuTI-P. 24/7 remote support
  • Support OFCE with Automation Specific expertise during pre-project and installation of Capital Equipment
  • Support automation upgrades business being active part in development and deployment of kits
  • Train customer & MC’s staff in key technologies, when relevant . Mentor other service engineers when necessary
  • Maintain a good knowledge and understanding of existing Automation services, support KA/sales teams in pursuing business opportunities
  • Build and maintain technical network on cluster and global level, acreopss different Automation/digital organizations

We believe you have

  • 5 to 10 years of experience in the specific area.
  • Demonstrate good technical skills, good knowledge in customer commissioning and service operations at site. Good autonomy in activity organization.
  • Contribute in developing necessary standards, guidelines, tools and methods for Industrial Digital systems design. 
  • Understanding of service portfolio, proficient in communication and stakeholder management.
