Job Summary
What you will do
-
Process internal & external customers’ parts sales orders, and quotations
-
Handle some local purchase orders
-
Create invoices, credit notes and related documents.
-
Ensure accurate and timely response to inquiries & requests from customers
-
Follow up orders & deliveries from end to end, which involves co-ordination with relevant functions (planning & logistics) for better lead time and solutions
-
Implement and follow up global processes and operating procedures
-
Handle customer claims
-
Generate regular monitoring reports
-
Contribute & commit to continuous improvements
We believe you have
-
College/University degree
-
Min. 3 years working experience in sales co-ordination, order follow-up and
-
related customer order/PO management process.
-
Multi-lingual skills - good English language skills in both written and spoken
-
and good Thai language skills in both written and spoken
-
SAP knowledge is preferred and good Microsoft office skills
-
Good communication skills and service minded
-
Hard working, pay attention to details and willing to take responsibility
-
A good team player and willing to work under pressure
