Job Summary
Lead regional planning and inbound logistics, serving as the key link between regional and global teams. Ensure superior customer service at optimal cost by balancing capacity and demand. Support S&OP and lead regional BCP activities while driving inventory and inbound logistics cost optimization. Strengthen supply chain resilience through risk assessment, multi‑sourcing, scenario planning, visibility enhancement and resilience KPI management. Drive profitability improvement through cost‑to‑serve analysis, inbound logistics optimization and planning productivity enhancements.
What you will do
- Lead regional planning and inbound logistics, ensuring team capability, process excellence and alignment with global functions.
- Manage capacity, production allocation and material replenishment to achieve optimal service, inventory levels and logistics cost.
- Strengthen supply chain resilience through risk assessment, multi‑sourcing, scenario planning and enhanced visibility tools.
- Drive profitability improvement via cost‑to‑serve insights, inbound logistics optimization and planning productivity enhancements.
- Ensure effective S&OP, BCP readiness and continuous improvement, deploying global standards, tools and processes across the region.
We believe you have
- 8+ years experience in supply chain or business operations, with proven leadership of multi‑country, mid‑sized teams.Strong expertise in material, production and capacity planning, including planning tools and factory operations understanding.
- Deep knowledge of inbound logistics and end‑to‑end supply chain flows.
- Experience in supply chain resilience, including risk assessment, multi‑sourcing, BCP execution and scenario planning.
- Ability to drive profitability improvement through cost‑to‑serve, logistics optimization and planning productivity.
- Familiarity with WCM/continuous improvement methodologies and their practical application.
- Established network within the supply chain community to support collaboration, benchmarking and problem‑solving.
