Main Purpose of the Job
Develops, secures delivery and manages part of the learning portfolio (for example faculty sub-portfolio or local learning portfolio in a geography), ensuring alignment with the global learning portfolio using the Global Learning Management process and system.
Key Outputs and Measurements
Responsible to develop and secure delivery of the part of the learning portfolio in area of responsibility. Responsible for the quality of the existing delivered portfolio (L1 L3). Inputs feedback from key stakeholders in the business / geography. Establishes clear business ownership for each programme in the portfolio. Identifies learning products required for Capability plans in area of responsibility.
Key Relationships
Internal: Key stakeholders in the business, LPDs Learning Management, Compliance and Governance bodies. External: Learning management networks.
Critical Experience
5+ years of experience with at least 3 year experience of Learning Management in a corporate environment.
Minimum Education
University Bachelor degree or equivalent.
Key Responsibilities

1. Manages the forecast process for the part of the portfolio in area of responsibility.

2. Develops the portfolio and secures the delivery of resources (i.e. admin, instructors, and machines) for the part of the portfolio in area of responsibility. 

3. Manages the approved budget for the part of the portfolio in area of responsibility. 

4. Analyses the quality of the part of the portfolio in area of responsibility, following up on impacts and actions if improvements are needed. Ensures compliance by using the Learning Management process, tools, templates, policies, audits etc.…  

5. Manages key stakeholders from the business / geography. 

6. Manages the communication of the part of the portfolio in area of responsibility, including ensuring Learning Management System (LMS) data is relevant and uptodate.

7. Where applicable for the role (i.e. if within the Processing Faculty), responsible for driving the network of local instructors, coordinating the local portfolio with the local course owner and supporting training in Learning Management (including developing, supporting, coaching and certifying business owners, instructors, designers and developments and subject matter experts from the business).

8. Monitors the deployment of the global portfolio within area of responsibility.

9. Learning Center Manager Processing role only: Learning Centre Processing Lund is the hub and responsible for the coordination of the other Learning Centers. Manages the Learning Centre development budget. Manages admin resources. Facility and machine management.
