Job Summary

The owner of the job use their understanding of science and engineering and their technical leadership abilities to solve significant technical problems, lead and execute the engineering tasks on packaging materials.

What you will do

  • Be part of the development team providing a high level of engineering insight on packaging materials.

  • Lead the problem-solving activities using proper methodologies and your proven engineering skills.

  • Lead and coordinate the development activities according to corporate and product specification internally and in partnership with suppliers, specialists and consultants.

  • Evaluate, improve and optimize the packaging materials under development.

  • Coordinate the planning and execution of packaging material coding spec and physical test

  • Secure the developing packaging material quality through converting supervision

We believe you have

  • You have 5-8 years of experience working in a R&D environment such as Food Packaging, FMCG, process industry where you have given an essential contribution in driving the development according to the highest engineering methodologies and standards.

  • You are a natural problem solver with the ability to focus on the details without losing sight of the full system picture.

  • You are able to design specification of packaging materials.

  • You hold a university degree in Engineering.

  • You are fluent in English both spoken and written.
