1. Monitor and analyze product performance to secure that product performs according expectations throughout the entire product lifecycle
2. Secure good customer understanding and translate the customer voice into the services category/assortment value proposition
3. Follow up and analyse business results, drive actions required to fulfil annual growth and profitability targets
4. Monitor and analyse the delivery success and quality of the service category/assortment
5. Secure technical guidelines and frameworks are updated to support business growth, i.e. technical publications, manuals, sales documents and best practices
6. Support execution of pilots in clusters as part of the global development to expand the service solutions portfolio
7. Manage (technical) questions from market in regards to product performance and recommendations
8. Support establishment of commercial guidelines and framework, i.e. pricing guidelines, commercial terms, legal agreements of service solutions to be offered in the cluster, ensuring the alignment to global standards
