Job Summary
Would you like to be a strong strategic Capital Maintenance Program Manager to Tetra Pak Integrated Facility Solutions (IFS) team in FREM?
Facility & Real Estate Management (FREM) is a global function at Tetra Pak, responsible for delivering the highest quality in our Integrated Facility Services (IFS), Workplace/Real Estate(WEX/RE) and Site Sustainability(SS) teams. We are seeking an experienced and visionary Capital Maintenance Programme Manager to drive the global development and execution of capital maintenance project processes and program management within Integrated Facility Solutions (IFS). This role is critical to ensure business continuity during the execution of a diverse capital maintenance project portfolio, delivering cost efficiency, on-time-in-full (OTIF) performance, and exceptional stakeholder satisfaction.
You will lead strategic initiatives that combine structured planning, innovation, and collaboration with global partners and internal teams to achieve operational excellence. This is an opportunity to shape and standardize processes that will have a lasting impact across our global IFS project portfolio delivery
The area of responsibility is managed in close cooperation with IFS Global Team, WEX/RE and SS teams and supported by the IFS Director involving internal stakeholders on both tactical and strategic level to ensure high quality and innovative and efficient service experience solutions.
This Full-Time position will be based on a Tetra Pak location in the APAC or EMEA region and operate globally. You will report to the Director of Integrated Facility Solutions, based in Sweden. You will be travelling up to a maximum of 10-15% % of the time.
What you will do
- You will develop strategic and tactical maintenance project processes to deliver complex capital maintenance projects ensuring business continuity across the IFS portfolio.
- You will manage the global portfolio of IFS-related capital maintenance projects, focusing primarily on capital maintenance initiatives. This includes ensuring all projects are delivered via external PM panel partners on time, within scope and budget, and aligned with business priorities.
- In addition, you will plan and deliver individual high value capital maintenance projects through external partners in alignment with IFS, site sustainability and workplace strategies, while coordinating closely with internal stakeholders and external collaborators to ensure successful execution.
- Driving operational excellence and compliance is essential. You will deliver on operational KPIs and financial targets related to capital maintenance programs and projects, ensure compliance with GRC/CSA frameworks, and support audit readiness. Oversight of business continuity and risk mitigation related to asset and project activities will also be part of your remit.
- Finally, you will act as a leading liaison between business partners, technical teams, and service providers, deploying asset and project initiatives with clear communication and engagement strategies.
- Success will be measured through timely, cost-effective, and high-quality project deliveries, program management accuracy, Business continuity during project execution, and invoicing precision
We believe you have
- Masters Graduate in Project Management, Engineering, Architecture or equivalent from a reputed University/Institute
- Experience: Minimum 10-15 years of experience in capital maintenance project/portfolio management.
- Proven track record in managing global programs and multi-site projects.
- Experience with budgeting, cost control, and financial forecasting for capital projects.
- Strong knowledge of maintenance strategies, asset lifecycle management, and reliability engineering.
- Understanding of quality standards, compliance regulations, and safety requirements in facility management. Preferably WCM methodology
- You are a strong & strategic relationship builder both internally and externally and master strategic communication in a complex organizational structure
- Very strong command of English both written and verbal is essential. International experience in global/regional roles is a must
- You are agile, flexible, and professional in business approach and you show a dynamic, productive, and capable behavior in your overall performance
