Job Summary

Lead the team of service administrators to ensure delivery of high quality services, resulting in high level of satisfaction of internal stakeholders and customers, in a timely manner and at the right cost. 

What you will do

  • Ensure high quality of service administration in defined CSO area with relevant stakeholders involved in timely manner with high level of co-operation to drive satisfactory back-office administration:
  •  Lead the consistent application of global standards, processes, local and legal requirements for service, support and training administration. Drive continuous improvement for administration.
  •  Lead, develop and manage the administration team according to HR and corporate processes and standards.
  •  Work in close collaboration with SAR, Planning and CSO teams to ensure good Service End to Invoice
  • Participate in defining, developing & deploying visual management including the right metrices for service administration. Share, learn & implementation of best practices and continuous improvement activities related to service administration. Serve as Business Expert on Service Administration and TPS Mobility as required (BEX).
  • Ensure effective administration, act as a backup when required through strong collaboration within service administration team.
  • Ensure Housekeeping of SAP/ECC Documents & VIM Management
  • Drive and engage stakeholders to improve results. Deliver results on time while ensuring quality. Manage diversity
  • Highlight issues to management and drive for solutions.   
  • Share best practices and support other Service Admin in Service Administration Team.
  • Execute market alignment with OFSP Process and global standards.
  • Lead the Support Admins based outside China anywhere in APAC market for seamless CSO operations including training support.

We believe you have

  • University graduate, preferably in Business Administration 
  • Minimum 3-4 years. Experience of invoicing and reporting will be preferred
  • Fluency in English / Local language 
  • SAP system knowledge
  • Excellent knowledge of Microsoft office specially Excel
