Job Summary

Responsible for supplier management for base/preferred suppliers. Request For Quotation (RFQ), negotiation, contract mgmt. Analysis of suppliers, competition, benchmark, spend etc. Responsible for supplier management in line with strategy, process and KPIs for assigned suppliers.

What you will do

  • Drive sourcing and/or contracting based on business need in line with supplier management strategies
  • Perform Procurement Related Activities
  • Participates in target follow up and corrective action
  • Ensures correct usage of relevant tools
  • Develops and maintains strong stakeholder management relationships. Communicates results and acts as a proactive Business Partner
  • Works according to good practices and facilitate networking on site
  • Contribute to improvement of the tools and processes.
  • Foster an Agile mindset towards challenges and tasks
  • Supplier Master Data Management and Supplier Onboarding Support.

We believe you have

  • University Bachelor or equivalent
  • Preferably global or international or SSC experience, 2+ years in procurement sourcing contracting and/or  supplier base management
  • Fluent English language (Written and spoken)
  • Fluent Japanese language (Written and spoken)
