Job Summary

We are looking for an Analyst who has experience in Tactical Purchasing and Sourcing & 
Contracting activities to join our procurement team. The successful candidate will be responsible for 
managing the end-to-end (E2E) purchasing process for prototype parts and materials and responsible 
for supplier management for base and preferred suppliers. Part of your activities will be request for 
quotation (RFQ), negotiation, e-auction management and contracting. This role requires a strong 
analytical mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.

What you will do

Tactical Purchasing within Prototype Purchasing team
• Support the Development and Technology Team in low and medium complexity procurement 
activities.
• Manage the procurement activities with PR with the reference of technical services components 
in their assortment.
• Manage Purchase Orders based on business need in line with supplier management 
strategies.
• Follow up PO confirmations
• Expedite and follow up shipments based on business needs.
• Follow up Goods receipt not invoiced activities
• Follow up Invoiced but not Received activities
• Manage the VIM (vendor invoice management) workflow for invoice clearing 
• Manage sourcing event in Ariba and consolidate quotations received from suppliers involved in 
the tender process.
• Drive compliance to category strategy, supplier base plan, supplier management processes, 
contracts, and best practices.
• Develops and maintains strong stakeholder management relationships. Communicates results 
and acts as a proactive Business Partner.
• Works according to good practices and facilitate networking on site.
• Support continuous improvements of procedures and tools. (Standardization, simplification, and 
automation)

Sourcing & Contracting
• Drive sourcing and/or contracting based on business need in line with supplier management 
strategies 
• Perform Procurement Related Activities
• Participate in target follow up and corrective action 
• Ensure correct usage of relevant tools
• Develop and maintain strong stakeholder management relationships
• Communicate results and act as a proactive Business Partner
• Work according to good practices and facilitate networking on site
• Contribute to improvement of the tools and processes
• Foster an Agile mindset towards challenges and tasks

We believe you have

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in either of the following subjects: Economics OR Technologies
OR Engineering
• Ability to respond quickly to urgent cases
• Experience in handling large volume of cases
• Fluency in English
• Able to drive change
• Communicative and Open minded
• Approx. 1-3 years of experience in supplier base management and/or sourcing & contracting,
and/or purchase to invoice activities and process flow
• Strong influencing and business partnering skills
• Proven data management and analytical skills, advanced Excel knowledge is considered as an
advantage
• Ariba knowledge is considered as a plus.
• SSC and Manufacturing background is considered as an advantage
• Ability to make recommendations regarding operational changes when is required to the
continuous production flow
• Desire for continuous personal development, to create dynamism and achieving annual goals
• Proactive and positive, with a strong can-do attitude and a global mindset focused on
simplification, standardization, and automation
• Ability to work both individually and as a team player
