Job Summary

Provide accurate information for financial reporting. works within established procedures and pratices with a limited degree of supervision

What you will do

  • First line support to GC travel team, raise ticket and find global support if could not solve.  
  • Reviewed all Release Notes GAPS and study with GC travel team 
  • Support on travel process improvement.  
  • Monthly delivery special attention points on or before 15th on Concur/Travel Policy/daily operation or other related, include but not only new update, new requirement, end user questions, return report with high error rate; suggest improvement idea and join Global T&E meeting 
  • Quarterly review and update training material/Q&A with GC travel team Leader 
  • Monthly delivery required Report 
  • Decrease number of concur return report 
  • Tax Invoice Issue\ invoice scanning and corresponding accounting documents filing. 
  • Other local work support 

We believe you have

  • Bachelor/Master degree Major in accounting is preferred 
  • good English language skills in both written and spoken  
  • SAP knowledge is preferred and good Microsoft office skills  
  • Good communication skills and service minded  
  • Hard working, pay attention to details and willing to take responsibility  
  • A good team player and willing to work under pressure
