Our mission as Customer Service Department is to:Deliver best in class customer experience.

 

What you will do

  • Main customer contact for operational Services business matters.
  • Delivering Excellence in customer service & customer experience for allocated customers.
  • Facilitating services sales growth through proactive planning
  • Supporting account management
  • Upselling and cross selling opportunities
  • Monitoring and analysis of service agreements

We believe you have

Bachelor’s degree in related departments.
Minimum 2 years of experience in customer services, sales admin or customer-facing operational roles.
You are highly skilled in English and Turkish both written and spoken.
Good working knowledge of MS Office application especially Excel. SAP is nice to have.
Customer focus, objective and productivity oriented
Excellent communication skills in verbal and written
Excellent problem-solving skills
