Job Summary
We are looking for a highly driven and customer‑centric Key Account & Business Development Manager to lead the strategic growth of our Key Accounts and expand our TRC (Tetra Recart) footprint in the market. In this role, you will act as a trusted partner to our customers, ensuring their needs are met with excellence while identifying new opportunities to grow our joint business. You will be responsible for shaping and executing robust account strategies, driving the full Tetra Pak portfolio, and developing long-term value through strong customer relationships.
A key focus of this role is accelerating TRC business development by identifying, prioritizing, and converting opportunities with new prospects, ensuring sustainable future growth. You will lead a cross-functional Key Account Team, guiding collaborative planning, pipeline management, and execution to achieve short-, mid-, and long‑term targets.
This position is based in São Paulo, SP, Brazil and requires 50% travel to customer sites.

What you will do
As a Key Account Manager & Business Development Manager, you will:
- Develop and execute strategic and operational Key Account Plans aligned with business objectives;
- Secure budgets and mobilize internal resources to support assigned customers;
- Build a deep understanding of customer business models and market dynamics;
- Drive Customer Satisfaction and strengthen long-term partnerships following global standards;
- Ensure accurate Sales Forecasting for assigned Key Accounts;
- Deliver sales and profitability targets for Packaging Solutions, Services, and Processing;
- Lead opportunity pipeline management, fostering joint value creation and quantification with customers and internal teams;
- Lead and develop the cross-functional Key Account Team, ensuring high performance and alignment with customer and Tetra Pak expectations;
- Develop the TRC business plan (strategy, objectives, portfolio, pricing, capabilities, supply chain, etc.) and align it with local and global stakeholders;
- Provide customer and market insights to guide TRC product portfolio evolution and business intelligence activities, including competitive analysis and market trends.
We believe you have
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field;
- Strong and relevant experience in Key Account Management, Business Development, or Strategic Sales;
- Strong expertise in Value Selling, account strategy, and navigating complex business environments;
- Proven track record in generating new business opportunities and converting prospects into long-term customers;
- Solid understanding of the food industry value chain, including processing and packaging technologies;
- Experience working seamlessly with cross-functional teams and handling demanding stakeholders;
- Fluency in English (spoken and written); Spanish is a strong plus;
- Excellent communication and presentation skills;
- A customer-centric mindset, strategic agility, and resilience when facing ambiguity.
