Job Summary

We are looking for a Sales Support Specialist to join our Maintenance Category team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting the launch and deployment of service projects, ensuring they are aligned with our business strategy and customer needs. You will help develop market readiness plans, ensure promotional and sales materials are in place, and support pricing strategies with a clear value proposition.
You will also work closely with the Product Development team to support both local and global projects—participating in pilots, identifying new business opportunities, and helping expand our service portfolio, with a particular focus on maintenance solutions for Tetra Pak equipment installed at customer sites. Additionally, you will act as a key link between our market teams and central organization, analyzing customer needs, preparing cost calculations and quotations, and ensuring smooth communication across functions.

This position could be based in São Paulo or Monte Mor, and requires occasional travel (10–15%) to customer sites.

What you will do

As a Sales Support Specialist, you will:

  • Support market companies with quotations for respective Packaging & Processing category; 
  • Prepare annual costs and pricing analysis;
  • Prepare and manage quotations;
  • Prepare and manage peer reviews, risk reviews, quotation reviews and cost reviews;
  • Support customer meetings and portfolio technical questions;
  • Present our packaging & processing portfolio features, benefits, and value proposition;
  • Prepare and participate in customer meetings;
  • Ensure compliance with governance;
  • Ensure compliance with the Packaging & Processing process;
  • Manage and update the sales tools and global documents;
  • Build competency in the entire Packaging & Processing portfolio and subcategories;
  • Participate and document required sales and planning meetings;
  • Coordinate and plan production and manufacturing schedules in pre-project stages;
  • Provide costs and scope for project variations and after-sales as needed.

We believe you have

  • A bachelors degree oi mechanical, electrical, or chemical engineer or related relevant experience;
  • Relevant job experience (project sales, business development);
  • Knowledge in Tetra Pak's Equipment in Packaging and Processing (Desirable);
  • Great communication and presentation skills;
  • Very good analytical skills;
  • Fluent English;
  • Expert Excel knowledge;
  • Power Apps knowledge.
