Job Summary
We are looking for a Project Coordinator who is responsible for leading project sales administration, order handling, logistics, and invoicing activities in our commercial projects. As such, it plays an integral role is securing timely deliveries of equipment and services to the projects working with Project Managers and Engineers from end to end.
The position is based in Santiago, Chile or Buenos Aires, Argentina
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do
As a Project Coordinator, you will:
- Execute relevant invoicing activities according to Corporate Governance policy.
- Manage the project purchasing process, securing compliance with relevant purchasing guidelines.
- Under expert guidance, manage logistics and coordinate the importation process of project materials and equipment, to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Comply with global standards, processes, local and legal requirements.
- Maintain close communication with Project Managers, Engineers, and key stakeholders for project reviews, cost analysis, and follow-up.
- Understand the impact of data quality and accuracy in purchase orders and other project-related documents.
- Warehouse management support: coordination of the activities related to equipment returns, physical inventories, and scrapping.
We believe you have
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or equivalent;
- Strong knowledge in Import and export activities
- At least 3 years of experience leading project administration.
- Good computer skills (MS Office and SAP)
- Advanced/Fluent in English
- Spanish native
- Attention to Detail and Accuracy
- Problem-Solving Skills
