Job Summary

 

The service we provide for our customers is pivotal to their operational success. You are the key. We are nowseeking a dynamic and customer-focused Processing Key Account Manager to manage and develop the customerrelationship for Tetra Pak’s Processing Solutions & Equipment business in Argentina. In this position, you will bethe key point of contact for the customers, with a focus on identifying their needs and delivering technicalsolutions to drive mutual growth.
You will work with our customers in the Dairy, Food & Beverage Industry and look for opportunities to sell ourSolutions and grow our Market, while also promoting the Tetra Pak One Company approach with these accounts.
We are looking for someone that can speak the technical language and drive to deliver world-class serviceexperience.

 

The position is based in Santiago, Chile.

 

You may be required to travel up to 50% of your time.

 

Tetra Pak does not sponsor work visa or relocation for this position.

What you will do

 

As Processing Key Account Manager you will:

 

  • Drive mutual sustainable growth for both New Sales and existing customers by driving across-functional teamto build strong customer relationships while identifying and capturing short, medium and long-term business opportunities;
  • Reach out to, define needs, and qualify opportunities with existing and new accounts. You will establishstrategies and lead the implementation of the action plans towards strategic Tetra Pak accounts;
  • Participate in industry meetings maintaining a network of connections through social networking, industryevents, etc;
  • Support and guide the project engineering group and coordinate cross functional activities;
  • Prepare, deliver and follow up on quotations to customer expectations;
  • Drive improved understanding of customers’ overall business;
  • Develop and drive the execution of sales plans aligned to Tetra Pak’s and the customers’ business objectives;
  • Ensure that customer issues are resolved in a timely manner, and the resolution is accepted by thecustomer;
  • Record and follow up on opportunities in a timely fashion;
  • Help guide team members regarding liquid food and dairy processing to secure that they match customerneeds;
  • Drive up-to-date knowledge of Tetra Pak's New Sales and Services portfolio within customers and ensure thatthe relevant Tetra Pak portfolio is deployed in full, meeting competitive requirements and delivering a strongvalue proposition.

We believe you have

 

  • Bachelor’s degree is required, preferably in an Engineering discipline;
  • At least 4 years of experience in the Food Processing Industry;
  • Working knowledge and experience of Food Processing engineering, Business or Technical SalesManagement in Food & Beverage Industry;
  • The ability and desire to stay at the forefront of the industry with an understanding of the market trends;
  • A fluent and clear communicator in English;
  • Experience of working with customers is well considered;
  • Inquisitive and critical thinking skills;
  • High customer orientation;
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to change.
