Job Summary

We are looking for an intern to support the Safety, Health and Environmental team in Tetra Pak, contributing to the implementation and maintenance of the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodology, with a focus on Safety and Health and Environment. You will deal with organization and presentation to internal and external auditors. You will cooperate with several stakeholders, including Production, Quality and Maintenance, building your knowledge of SHE management inti the industrial manufacturing.

What you will do

  • Support daily SHE activities, including incident and compliance management. 
  • Assist in workplace inspections, risk assessments, and hazard identification. 
  • Participate in SHE and continuous improvement initiatives. 
  • Support monitoring and analysis of SHE KPIs and performance indicators. 
  • Contribute to incident, near-miss, and loss analysis activities. 
  • Assist in developing SHE reports, records, and communication materials. 
  • Support safety training and employee awareness programs. 
  • Collaborate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, Warehouse, and Engineering teams on SHE initiatives. 
  • Assist in environmental monitoring and sustainability programs. 
  • Provide administrative support to the SHE team.

We believe you have

  • Degree (or currently pursuing) in Occupational Health and Safety, Industrial Hygiene and Safety, Safety Engineering, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in Health, Safety & Environment topics.
  • Good analytical skills and familiarity with data analysis tools (e.g., Excel).
  • Good in English (written and spoken).
  • Knowledge of SHE regulations and basic rules is a plus.
  • Knowledge of ISO 45001 and ISO 14001 Management Systems is a plus.
