Job Summary
Tetra Pak is looking for a World Class Manufacturing Consultant who will design and deliver operational excellence projects to our customers, to optimize their operations supporting their productivity, quality and sustainability improvement journeys.
Your know-how on implementation of World Class Manufacturing (WCM), Total Productive Maintenance (TPM), Lean, Six-Sigma, Kaizen methodologies will actively contribute to the development and expansion of Tetra Pak Services Solutions portfolio and business.
You will be based in Rubiera (Italy), joining an international and diverse team operating in the Europe Middle-East & Africa (EMEA) region and becoming part of Tetra Pak lobal WCM network.
What you will do
- Deliver WCM-based solutions by training and coaching Customer teams according to Tetra Pak guidelines and expectations
- Assess customer operations to map out present opportunities and explore future ones
- Build strong relationship with Market Operations unit, supporting in conveying the value of Tetra Pak offering
- Provide constant feedback to Services and Development & Technology units to enable safety, quality and productivity improvements
- Secure roll-out and regular governance of Tetra Pak Services Solutions
We believe you have
- Industrial Engineering degree or related.
- Required 3-5years of working experience implementing WCM, TPM, Lean, Six-Sigma, Kaizen methodologies in industry (Food & Beverage is a plus)
- Excellent intercultural skills, ability to influence, communicate and collaborate with people from different hierarchical levels and cultural backgrounds
- Comprehensive understanding of the manufacturing sector and operations
- Strong negotiation skills, business acumen and ability to navigate in complex organization
- Analytical and quantitative skills, ability to use hard data and metrics to back up assumptions and concepts (Power BI is a plus)
- Detail and result orientated, passionate and with positive mindset
- Innovator and creative problem solver with ability to work under pressure
- Availability to travel up to 75% of the time
- Fluent written and verbal communication in English and Italian
- Proficient verbal communication in another European language (German is a plus)
