Job Summary

Tetra Pak Italy has an exciting opportunity for Quality Assurance Engineer who will be responsible for maintaining Quality System/data and provide analysis for improving quality of production. 

The successful candidate will be based in Rubiera, Italy and will report to Choaib Karid, Quality Assurance Manager.

What you will do

  1. Product Quality Test: Understand all the test methods for quality test, can perform all the tests well.
  2. Customer Claim handling: Owner of the KPI/KAI indicator customer issues related (IRP cocktail, no. of approved issues, critical issues prevention, PM claim and handling lead time.): Be responsible for customer issue handling related system document maintenance
  3. Participate in WCM and focus on total waste team/actions OTIF: Be responsible for PM master data maintenance and accuracy: Be responsible for system document maintenance of Total waste related.
  4. Driver for Base Material quality continuous improvement: Be responsible for system document maintenance of base material related: Be responsible for working material (AM) quality management and project.
  5. Quality system management: Participate in the ISO9000/ISO14000/BRC/Iop system built up and maintain: Implementation of Factory Process Control. Includes SPC and Computer Data Acquisition System. Analysis the data on time and come up with the improvement suggestion.

We believe you have

  • 01 – 02 years of prior work experience as a process or quality assurance engineer.
  • Educational degree in engineering.
  • Familiar with ISO9001/ ISO14001/ BRC/ ISO22000/ OHSAS18001 system; Power BI, Six Sigma, SPC, TQM, TPM or WCM related experience.
  • Good level of spoken and written English.
