Job Summary

We are looking for a highly motivated Production Trainee with a strong interest in collaborative robotics (cobots), industrial robots, and advanced factory automation.
In this role, you will support the study, design, testing, and implementation of robotic solutions within our manufacturing site, contributing to digital transformation and World Class Manufacturing (WCM) initiatives.
This is a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience in a modern industrial environment, applying cutting‑edge robotic technologies to real production challenges while collaborating closely with cross‑functional teams.

What you will do

  • Support the analysis of production processes to identify opportunities for robotic and collaborative automation, with a focus on cobots and industrial robots.
  • Assist in evaluating and proposing robotic solutions for handling, assembly, inspection, internal logistics, and ergonomic improvements.
  • Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, production teams, and WCM pillars to collect requirements and contribute to the development of robotic concepts.
  • Support the design, configuration, programming, and testing of robotic systems, including tooling, safety elements, and integration interfaces, under guidance from senior engineers.
  • Participate in the development of prototypes and proof‑of‑concepts to assess technical feasibility, performance, and operational impact.
  • Help document technical studies, analyses, project progress, and test results in a structured manner.
  • Assist with the integration of robotic systems with existing factory equipment, including machines, sensors, PLCs, and digital systems.
  • Contribute to training and knowledge‑sharing activities with operators, technicians, and engineering teams.

We believe you have

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Mechatronics Engineering, Robotics, Automation, or a related field
  • Strong interest in robotics, automation, and Industry 4.0
  • Basic knowledge of robot programming, PLCs, sensors, or industrial automation concepts is an advantage
  • Analytical mindset, curiosity, and willingness to learn in an industrial environment
  • Good communication skills and ability to work in cross‑functional teams
