Job Summary

As a WCM Analyst, you'll work alongside the WCM Manager and pillar team to achieve top-tier process and factory KPIs. Your role will be pivotal in training, coaching, and guiding teams to implement WCM strategies across the plant.
You will be responsible for capture data, analyse and generate reports. Translate data into meaningful loss analysis which will direct the plant improvement initiatives. Create and distribute analytical reports on plant performance on a regular basis. Train and coach the shop floor on accurate data recording and the translation of Plant performance reports including improvement initiatives through various WCM tools

What you will do

As our WCM analyst you will;

• Analyze Factory Data: Review factory data related to loss trees, KMIs, KPIs, and KAIs.
• Collaborate on Loss Analysis: Work with other pillars to analyze losses related to man and method.
• Deliver WCM Training: Provide training on WCM methodologies and tools.
• Develop Training Materials: Create standardized digital training materials and manage WCM documentation.
• Support WCM Initiatives: Contribute to factory-wide WCM activities, including internal/external audits, TPM, and JIPM Awards.
• Collaborate with Pillars: Work closely with pillar leaders and area managers to implement WCM plans.
• Lead the Education & Training Pillar: Serve as a pillar member and provide leadership without formal authority.

We believe you have

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
• At least 3 years in WCM/ Production/ Maintenance/ Quality functions as an engineer or process expert in factory
• Working knowledge and experience with either Lean/ Six sigma/ TPM/ TQM
• Proactive and analytical approach, self-driven and excellence team player
• Experienced in leading teams, especially at a very Senior Management level and have demonstrated influential skills
• Intermediate level in IT manufacturing system e.g. SAP, Power BI, Excel, PPT 
• Experience on production line performance software will be an advantage
• Experience in driving digital transformation initiative in factories as a plus
• Good command in English and Thai
