Job Summary

 

We're seeking a dynamic Shift Leader to manage combined production processes, meet KPIs, and coordinate with Quality/Maintenance. Ensure smooth operations, prioritize safety, uphold quality, and achieve production targets. Lead and motivate the team, fostering continuous improvement. Responsibilities include scheduling and addressing operational challenges.

What you will do

 

As our Shift Leader you will;

 

  • Enforce safety, health, and environmental standards on the shop floor.

  • Ensure compliance with quality standards and good manufacturing practices.

  • Lead and manage shift operations to meet production targets.

  • Promote a zero-loss mindset through active participation in WCM initiatives.

  • Drive Autonomous Maintenance (AM) development within the team.

  • Manage and develop direct reports, fostering a positive work environment.

  • Organize shift schedules, ensuring coverage and efficiency.

  • Participate in continuous improvement methodologies such as 5W&1H, 4M, 5Whys, and ABC analysis.

  • Take authority to stop or mitigate risks during the shift.

  • Facilitate proper reporting of shift activities through designated tools and channels.

We believe you have

 

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering 
  • Previous experience in a supervisory role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Strong knowledge of safety, health, and environmental regulations.
  • Familiarity with quality management systems and good manufacturing practices.
  • Proven leadership skills with the ability to drive a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
  • Commitment to employee development and well-being.
  • Ability to communicate in English at fair level
