Job Summary

Our Product Development Centres (PDC) are great resources for developing and testing new products, recipes and categories.
The Product Development Centre (PDC) Rayong, Thailand is one of the 12 product development centre’s globally. Our Product Development Centres around the world have various kinds of test equipment, including Beverage processing, packaging, Ice cream, Prepared foods. They are staffed by experts who understand how your ingredients will respond to different processes, and who know how to make products your consumers will appreciate. 
We are looking for Project leader to join our Product Development Centre (PDC) Rayong Thailand. In this role, you will work in the pilot plant where we provide trial run facilities for our customers. You will provide technical support and solutions to assembly of modules of different sizes with respect to Process, Packaging and Industrial Engineering Solutions.
You'll be based in Rayong, Thailand reporting to the PDC Driver.
 

What you will do

As our Project leader, you will;
 

  • Plan and execute new product trials of our customers at pilot plant
  • Organize, engage, communicate and educate customers to ensure efficient and effective transition from research to development to manufacturing
  • Project management of new product initiatives for internal and external customers
  • Work hands on pilot plant processing and packaging equipment
  • Perform CIP and COP of processing equipment
  • Perform laboratory tests (Chemical and Microbiology) & trial documentation
  • Work in safe and sanitary manner following GMP/ GHP /GLP requirements
  • Monitor and record process controls of plant equipment
  • Handle the logistics of Raw material and finished products

We believe you have

  • Diploma/Graduate in Food technology/Dairy technology/Chemical Engineering
  • 5-10 years of experience in food/dairy processing industry in a commercial / pilot UHT plant
  • Basic knowledge in New Product development and experience in Dairy/Beverages categories
  • Professionalism, patience and Customer service orientation
  • Very good verbal and written communication in English Language, 
  • Team Player, Problem solving attitude and out of box thinking
  • Attention to details with good analytical, organized and follow through
  • Knowledge of aseptic food processing (UHT) technology will be advantage
  • Knowledge in MS Office
