Job Summary

 

We're looking for a highly organized and analytical Production and Material Planner to join our team. You'll play a vital role in optimizing our operations, ensuring efficient resource utilization, and meeting production deadlines. Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing comprehensive production schedules and material plans, as well as actively participating in World Class Manufacturing (WCM) initiatives. 
This is a permanent role based in Rayong, Thailand and reporting to Planning & Logistics Manager.

What you will do

 

As our Production & Material Planner you will;

 

  • Oversee the efficient processing of customer orders.
  • Develop and implement production schedules that align with customer requirements.
  • Create weekly production orders and monthly forecasts to guide production operations.
  • Collaborate with manufacturing and materials teams to ensure adequate capacity and supply.
  • Coordinate with central planning and logistics to optimize resource allocation and shipments.
  • Analyze production performance, identify issues, and implement corrective measures.
  • Prepare and submit monthly reports to management.
  • Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

We believe you have

 

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in a related field (e.g., Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Operations Management).
  • At least 5 years of experience in production planning within a manufacturing environment.
  • Experience with SAP systems is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset and ability to interpret numerical data.
  • Self-motivation and collaborative spirit.
  • Flexibility to rotate between production and material planning roles.
  • Very Good English communication skills, both oral and written.
