Job Summary
Our Product Development Centers (PDC), and Customer Innovation Center’s (CIC), are great resources for developing and testing new products, recipes and categories.
The Product Development Center’s (PDC ) Rayong, Thailand is one of the 12 product development center’s globally. Our Product Development Centres around the world have various kinds of test equipment, including Beverage processing, packaging, Ice cream, Prepared foods machinery. They are staffed by experts who understand how your ingredients will respond to different processes, and who know how to make products your consumers will appreciate.
We are looking for a Process & Packaging Engineering Specialist to join our Product Development Center (PDC) Rayong Thailand. In this role, you will work in the pilot plant where we provide trial run facilities for our customers. You will provide technical support and solutions to assembly of modules of different sizes with respect to Process, Packaging and Industrial Engineering Solutions.
You'll be based in Rayong, Thailand reporting to the PDC Driver.
What you will do
As our Process Specialist, you will;
- Be able to work hands on for the pilot plant processing and packaging equipment
- Processing & packaging knowledge in aseptic plant operations
- Be able to work in safe and sanitary manner following GMP requirements
- Know proper established start up and shut down procedures of various processing and Packaging equipment like sterilizer, homogenizer, mixer, pumps, grinding equipment etc
- Perform CIP and COP of processing equipment
- Monitoring and recording of maintenance of process controls of plant equipment
- Maintenance, trouble-shooting and repairing of processing equipment
- Operation of utilities equipment
- Hands on execution of trials at the pilot plant
- Handle the logistics of Raw material and finished products
- Manage project management of trials for customers
We believe you have
- Diploma/ITE in Chemical Engineering / Mechanical Engineering / Process Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of experience in food processing operations in a commercial / pilot UHT plant
- Knowledge of aseptic food processing (UHT) technology is must
- Good verbal and written skill in English Language
- Knowledge in MS Office
- Team player
- Able to communicate at all levels both internally and externally
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Attention to details with good analytical, organized and follow through.
