Job Summary
The Operation System Manager is responsible for establishing, maintaining, and continually improving the integrated management systems across the factory. This includes Quality (ISO 9001), Environmental (ISO 14001), Occupational Health & Safety (ISO 45001), Food Safety (BRCGS, FDA), and Sustainability standards (ISCC). The role also supports the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) deployment and leads the Document Control System to ensure compliance, effectiveness, and operational excellence.
What you will do
As an Operation System Manager, you will:
1. Management System Governance
• Lead and maintain certification and compliance for ISO9001, ISO14001, ISO45001, BRCGS, FDA requirements, and ISCC standards.
• Develop, implement, and review procedures, standards, and manuals to ensure system integrity.
• Coordinate management reviews and performance monitoring for all systems.
• Ensure alignment between corporate policies, regulatory requirements, and plant operations.
2. Audit Management
• Plan and coordinate internal audits, external certification audits, surveillance audits, and customer audits.
• Drive corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and ensure timely closure.
• Maintain audit readiness across all departments.
3. Document Control System Management
• Own and manage the factory’s Document Control System, ensuring accuracy, version control, accessibility, and compliance.
• Standardize documentation structure (policies, procedures, SOPs, WI, forms).
• Ensure proper approval workflows and document lifecycle management.
• Train employees on documentation requirements and system use.
4. Compliance, Risk, and Regulatory Support
• Monitor regulatory changes related to quality, environment, food safety, safety, and sustainability.
• Conduct risk assessments and ensure mitigation plans are implemented.
• Ensure factory compliance with ISO,FDA, BRCGS, and ISCC criteria relevant to production processes.
5. Continuous Improvement & Performance Monitoring
• Use quality and operational excellence tools (SPC, PDCA, DMAIC, 5 Why, Fishbone) to drive improvements.
• Monitor KPIs related to system performance, audit results, non-conformance trends, and sustainability goals.
• Lead cross-functional improvement projects.
6. Training & Capability Building
• Develop training programs for management systems, WCM, compliance, and documentation.
• Build strong cross-functional understanding of system requirements across departments.
7. WCM (World Class Manufacturing) Development & Deployment
• Support and drive WCM initiatives across the factory to improve efficiency, quality, and safety.
• Facilitate pillar development (Quality, Safety, Environment, Cost, AM, PM, FI, etc.).
• Lead or participate in kaizen, root cause analysis, loss analysis, and continuous improvement workshops.
We believe you have
Education
• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Industrial Management, Quality Management, Environmental Science, or related field.
Experience
• Minimum 5–7 years of experience in management systems, quality assurance, WCM, or operational excellence in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with ISO management systems, BRCGS, FDA, and sustainability certifications (ISCC) is required.
• Strong experience in system governance, audit management, and documentation control.
Skills & Competencies
• Deep understanding of ISO9001, ISO45001, ISO14001, BRCGS, FDA, and ISCC requirements.
• Strong knowledge of WCM, TPM, Lean, or other operational excellence frameworks.
• Excellent English communication skills — written and spoken.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills using tools such as SPC, 5 Why, Fishbone, FMEA, PDCA, DMAIC.
• High attention to detail with strong organizational and documentation skills.
• Ability to influence, train, and lead cross-functional teams.
• Strong project management and audit management capabilities.
