Job Summary

 

We are looking for the Maintenance and Project Engineer, as an Engineer in the Maintenance Department, you will play an important role in helping with daily operations, projects, and improvements. You will use your maintenance skills and tools to achieve results in your area and work with managers to meet the overall goals of the factory. This is an individual contributor role based in Rayong, and you will report to the Maintenance & Projects Manager

What you will do

 

As our Maintenance and Projects Engineer you will;

 

 

  • Maintenance Operations:
    • Support day-to-day maintenance activities to ensure equipment reliability and operational efficiency.
    • Assist in preventive and corrective maintenance planning and execution.
    • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues promptly to minimize downtime.
  • Project Support:
    • Provide technical expertise in engineering projects related to plant improvement, equipment upgrades, and energy efficiency.
    • Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful implementation.
  • Utility Systems Management:
    • Manage and optimize plant utility systems such as HVAC, compressed air, steam, water, and electrical systems.
    • Collaborate with other departments to ensure utilities are consistently available to support production needs.
  • Leadership and Team Development:
    • Demonstrate strong leadership behavior to inspire and guide maintenance teams.
    • Mentor junior staff and contribute to a positive, safety-first work culture.
    • Act as a role model with a proactive and solution-driven mindset.
  • Compliance and Safety:
    • Ensure maintenance activities comply with safety regulations, company policies, and industry standards.
    • Promote continuous improvement in safety practices and equipment reliability.
       

We believe you have

 

  • At least 2-3 years of experience as a maintenance engineer
  • Background in Mechanical/Electrical maintenance
  • Knowledge and application of World Class Manufacturing (WCM)
  • Experience in developing preventive and predictive maintenance programs and repair procedures
  • Project management skills
  • Ability to communicate in English and Thai
