Job Summary

 

As a Maintenance Engineer, you will help maintain the basic conditions of our machines, ensuring they operate according to standards. You will also participate in applying World Class Manufacturing (WCM) methodologies to improve the efficiency of our production equipment.

This is an individual contributor role based in Rayong, Thailand, reporting to the Maintenance Manager.

What you will do

 

As our Maintenance Engineer you will;

 

  • Maintain basic conditions of machines to ensure they operate according to standards.
  • Participate in applying WCM methodologies to improve the efficiency (OEE) of production equipment.
  • Enhance and participate in PM Pillar activities.
  • Develop and maintain standard methods and training programs.
  • Participate in training and skill development initiatives.
  • Manage spare parts and consumables inventory systems.
  • Utilize the SAP PM Module system for maintenance activities.
  • Collect data and prepare work reports effectively.
  • Control and oversee calibration processes.
  • Implement and maintain ISO14001: 2004, ISO9001: 2008, GMP, HACCP, BRC/IoP, FDA, and other company standards.
  • Enhance technology and technical skills for subordinates and Maintenance Technicians.
  • Maintain 5S, good housekeeping, and safety in all areas.

We believe you have

 

  • A Bachelor’s degree in engineering or a related field.
  • A strong interest in maintenance and production efficiency.
  • Experience in maintenance or related activities is a plus
  • Basic knowledge of WCM methodologies and SAP PM Module.
  • Good coordination and communication skills.
  • Critical thinking skills and the ability to execute tasks effectively.
  • Communicable in English and Thai
