Future Talent Program is a Trainee Program within Tetra Pak. You will onboard an individually designed development program for 18 months connected to a specific position and Tetra Pak organization. During the program you will participate in trainings and job rotations throughout various parts of Tetra Pak to explore your potential and grow as a person. As a Trainee here with us, you will get to know our entire business and collaborate with colleagues all over the world. And this is just the beginning of your Tetra Pak career!

What you will do

As a Future Talent - WCM Engineer, you will:

  • Collaborate with other leaders to maintain and improve the company’s WCM (World Class Manufacturing) lean production system, driving the factory toward world-class manufacturing standards.
  • Drive factory performance and KPI improvements through continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Provide support for continuous improvement projects and teams.
  • Deliver necessary knowledge and train employees in continuous improvement capabilities.
  • Coach, follow up, and audit the quality of continuous improvement work.
  • Work with global colleagues in similar roles to support the ongoing enhancement of the WCM system.

We believe you have

  • Master’s degree in Industrial Engineering or related technical fields.
  • Good English proficiency (CET-6 or above) and strong computer skills.
  • Knowledge of Lean manufacturing or TPM is preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and enthusiasm for teamwork.
  • Ability to work under pressure in a dynamic environment.
