Job Summary

 

The WCM Analyst will support WCM Manager and the pillar to achieve overall process and factory KPIs. In the position you will be responsible for coordination and support (training, facilitator, coach) to teams and Pillars in order to implement WCM at the plant.

This is an excellent opportunity for a young and motivated person who is eager to grow and to be exposed to a wide range of issues, as well as enthusiastic to be in contact with a lot of different people and areas within the company.

What you will do

 

As our WCM Analyst you will;

  • Review factory data in regards of loss tree (KMIs_KPIs_KAIs).
  • Review &Analyze losses of Man & Method working with the rest of the pillars.
  • Delivery training of WCM methodologies and tools.
  • DevelopTraining material standard digital format, control and manage documents standard of WCM
  • Support WCM factory activities : Internal / External Audit , TPM –JIPM Awards.
  • Working closely with different pillar leaders and area managers to support the deployment of WCM plans in their areas. 
  • Pillar member of Education & Training (ET).
  • Lead without authority

We believe you have

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
  • At least 3 years in WCM/ Production/ Maintenance/ Quality functions as an engineer or process expert in factory
  • Proactive and analytical approach, self-driven and excellence team player
  • Intermediate level in IT manufacturing system e.g. SAP, Power BI, Excel, PPT 
  • TPM / Continuous Improvement experience, Knowledgeable and ability to use/implement TPM Continuous Improvement governance, methodologies & tools, and audit system will be consider as advantage 
  • Experience in driving digital transformation initiative in factories as a plus
  • Good command in English.
