Job Summary
As a Senior Process Engineer you will lead technical decisions and design of technical solutions for projects from low to high complexity. You will also be focusing on designing and implementing process solutions as well as supporting costs and schedule control for process engineering tasks and deliverables of the project.
You may be asked to drive on-site activities, such as installation, commissioning and performance validation, leading teams on customer site and providing technical documentation accordingly.
You can be based in any of our offices in Peru, Colombia or Ecuador.
You might be travelling up to 25% of your time to Central America and Caribbean region

What you will do
We believe you have
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent in Engineering or relevant fields, master’s degree or equivalent, an advantage. You will need Degree level education in a relevant discipline (Chemical, Production, Process, Mechanical, Electrical, or Food Engineering) or be able to demonstrate thorough experience a similar level of achievement.
- Proven process engineering experience ideally within the dairy or beverage industry, or pharmaceutical industry.
- Minimum 5 years of previous experience in food and plant engineering delivering process solutions.
- Strong communication, planning and leadership skills, able to solve problems consistently.
- Experience in food and dairy system design is a plus.
- Ability to read and understand a process and instrumentation diagram (PID) a must
- Process Design knowledge required.
- Proficient in SAP a plus
- Proficient with MSOffice (MS Project, Excel, Word, Outlook, PowerPoint) AutoCAD
- Excellent problem solving and analytical skills.
