Job Summary
The WCM Analyst supports the activities related to the implementation of the World Class Manufacturing (WCM) our Continuous Improvement program. To apply WCM knowledge and methodology to support the results achievement in the factory, support WCM Manager and the pillar to improve overall processes and factory Key Performance Indicators (KPIs). As WCM analyst you are part of the team responsible for driving change, coaching, and developing employees, and ensuring procedures are improved and followed by production employees.
The position is based in Querétaro, México.
This position is temporary (1 year)
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for this position.
What you will do
As a WCM Analyst, you will:
Main Responsibilities:
- Complete activities in SAP
- Support on production orders approval process and reports over-under produced orders
- Data reports development and generation, training end users to use data available (develops and maintains training material and delivers training). Use new generation of tools and app to boost the possibilities.
- Supports operators with process integration and supports P2 operations with troubleshooting issues, outages, upgrades, etc.
World Class Manufacturing (WCM)
- Support WCM strategy and continuous improvement activities.
- Responsible for data input into the different Data collection systems in place (Tag system, production reports, waste, quality and others).
- Support WCM losses reduction activities using the different tools and methodologies such as loss analysis, 12 step kaizen, PDCA, SMED, FMEA, Breakdown analysis, CILT, ECRS, etc.
- Support Daily Management System (DMS) meeting.
- Support factory WCM Steering Committee meeting.
- Support different WCM audits: execute the activities necessary for the logistics, preparation and development of internal and external audits.
- Maintain the respective boards with information of WCM.
- Ensure safety culture engagement and compliance.
WCM Pillars support
- Safety inspections: Identify gaps, safety inspection compliance follow up, maintain safety records, safety trainer.
- Coordinate, participate, and lead improvement teams as needed.
- Support different pillars for data intelligence system and losses deployment
Autonomous Maintenance
- Able to analyze root causes of machine issues following problem solving tools such as 5W1H, 4M and 5Whys.
- Lead production operators enabling the maintaining of good machine conditions and equipment following AM/PM methodology
We believe you have
- Bachelor’s degree / engineering degree or similar.
- Minimum experience of 2 years inside a production plant, in continuous improvement area is a plus
- Experience with SAP is desirable
- Proficient in English and Spanish language (verbal & written)
- WCM basic tools and experiences, IT knowledge and experiences. (Power BI and another smart tools will be a plus)
- Digitalization knowledge preferred: MS teams, Power apps, digital Forms, SharePoint, Power BI, MS Flow.
