Job Summary
The Tetra Pak Internship Program aims to develop students' potential talent through experience of real-life situations in the corporate world, offering them opportunities to develop on a personal and professional level. Our approach prepares new talent to face their next professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany them in their day-to-day life. In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new interns and kick-start the development of their full potential.
The position is based in Querétaro, Mexico
Tetra Pak does not sponsor work or relocation visas for this position.
What you will do
As a Human Resources Intern, you will:
- Coordination of family visits to the facilities and integration events.
- Participation in the design and implementation of local internal communication campaigns.
- Drafting, updating and maintaining local HR documentation HR (internal regulations, policies, procedures, employee files) in accordance with the requirements of the Quality Management System.
We believe you have
- Microsoft Office Intermediate.
- Desirable Canvas
- Power BI is a plus
- Strong oral communication, creativity, and organizational skills
- Basic English: Can understand and produce simple texts (reading and writing only).
- Internship Availability: from August 03 to July 05, 2027, you are expected to graduate between July 2027.
- Estimated Graduation Date: July 2027 or later.
- Availability of working in a hybrid way ( 2 days at home and 3 days on-site) 6 hours a day from Monday to Friday, from 8:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.
