Internship Program 2025

 

The Tetra Pak Internship Program aims to qualify potential student talents through the experience of real situations in the corporate world, offering opportunities for them to develop on a personal and professional level.   Our approach prepares new talents to face their upcoming professional challenges. Upon joining our team, the intern will have the support of a network of colleagues and will be instructed and evaluated by a mentor, who will guide and accompany you in your day-to-day activities.  In addition, we have an onboarding program designed to better prepare new trainees to put their full potential into action. 
All positions are based in Queretaro, Mexico.
Tetra Pak is not sponsoring work visas or relocation for these positions.

What you will do

 

As a Autonomous Maintenance Intern you will:

  • Support the Autonomous Maintenance Pillar 
  • Create and update standards and procedures for Autonomous Maintenance activities.
  • Focus on cost savings (consumable improvement) and follow up for improvements and procedures development. 
  • Collaborate in audits and follow ups on actions for coating process.
  • Visual management system, follow up and upgrade proposals

 

Bachelor Studies in progess: Industrial, Mechatronics or related.
Desirable Skills / Knowledge: Microsoft office (Excel: Fx, Charts, Pivot Tables, Macros), Minitab, Leadership, Proactive. English Intermediate level.

 

 

As a Continuous Improvement Intern you will:

  • Implement 2 short term projects using WCM (World Class Methodology), six months each.
  • Perform support activities related to Quality control and operational standards compliance. 
  • KPIs follow up based on daily management system.
  • Update ISO procedures on local platform.
  • Ensure implementation action for WCM methodology in collaboration with line operators.

 

Bachelor Studies in progress: Industrial, Mechatronics or related.
Desirable Skills / Knowledge: Microsoft office (Excel: Fx, Charts, Pivot Tables, Macros), Power BI, SAP R3, Power Apps or similar. Team player, learning on the fly and work across boundaries. English Intermediate level.

 


As a Quality Intern you will:

  • Develop power BI and power apps for Quality Assurance (QA) matrix and critical Key Actions Indicators (KAI).
  • Follow up on critical events supporting quality engineers 
  • Actions follow ups and auditing

 

Bachelor Studies in progress: Industrial, Systems Engineering or related.
Desirable Skills / Knowledge: Office tools, Power BI or power apps. English Intermediate level.

We believe you have

 

  • ​Studies in one of the specialties recommended for the position selected.
  • Availability for internship: August 11 to July 10, 2026, graduation expected in July 2026.
  • Availability to work and commute to our site 6 hours per day, Monday to Friday, from 8 am to 2 pm, during the full internship program.
  • If all requirements are met prior, we will be happy to move forward with your application.

  • Final interview (April 7 – May 9)
  • Admission (May 9 – May 30)
  • Start Date: August 11, 2025
