Job Summary

This position will be based in Queretaro, Queretaro, Mexico
The start date for Future Talent Program will be on February 2026.
Suggested majors: Industrial engineer, or related.

What you will do

As Future Talent – Production Engineer you will:

 

  • Support and work with operation of production line with standard KPIs.
  • Create and optimize data bases
  • Create and improve automated production reports (failures, performance, tendences, defects, rework, troubleshooting, etc).
  • Take prompt action to solve process problems to ensure safety, product quality, machine efficiency etc.
  • Coordinate among different working processes of the whole production line and be a focal point for the central organization (Specification Owner, Master Pillar, etc)
  • Include and implement Continuous improvement initiatives (World Class Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Lean Manufacturing, Digitalization)

We believe you have

  • Talented recent graduation on any of the described majors: Industrial engineer or related.
  • Interest in data analytics, data management
  • Intermediate or Advanced English level
  • Nice to have experience in problem solving methodologies and improvement strategies
  • Knowledge of Microsoft office: Word, Power Point, etc.
  • Intermediate excel level and Power BI knowledge
  • Passion for excellence
  • Customer centricity.
  • Interest in taking your career to the next level.
  • Finished or will finish your studies by December 2025 or January 2026.
