  • Assisting site leaders and departments with financial oversight, including the interpretation of financial data relevant to their areas of responsibility.
  • Collaborating with other finance professionals (e.g., Business Controllers, Finance HUB, auditors) to provide financial insights for the local site.

Books Closing – We close books almost every month. Although you won’t directly manage the books closing process, you will play a key supporting role by:

  • Ensuring the accurate recognition of Project Sales/Costs through analysis of project outcomes, identifying material variances, and addressing any issues within the books closing process.
  • Verifying costing data (e.g., hours reported, committed costs) to ensure completeness and accuracy during the closing process.

  • Analyzing variances between actuals and budget/forecast figures to ensure robust financial control and accurate reporting.

We believe you have

Team Collaboration:
You will work within a hybrid structure, interacting with both remote and on-site teams. Your manager and the team you belong to will be based remotely, providing virtual guidance, support, and collaboration on various financial tasks.  In the Paris office you will sit alongside a broad team of Business Controllers and finance professionals working with the Tetra Pak France/Benelux Market company. While much of your collaboration will occur remotely, you will also engage directly with business leaders on-site at Cholet a couple of days every month, thus some travel days per month to the Cholet office are required.
Although you will provide financial oversight and advisory to local stakeholders, you are not expected to solely manage these relationships. Effective communication is key, raising any complex issues to your remote manager or other finance professionals when necessary.
