Job Summary

The WCM coordinator will support WCM office, steering committee to achieve organisation’s KPIs through WCM methodology application. Ensures the application and progress of WCM Methodology in the Pillars. In this position you will also support for production office administrative work.

What you will do

As our WCM coordinator you will,

  • Review factory data in regards of loss tree (KMIs_KPIs_KAIs).
  • Deliver training of WCM/TPM methodologies and tools.
  • Part of WCM pillar
  • Coordinate and support (training, facilitator) for WCM teams
  • Support WCM office activities: Internal / External Audit , TPM –JIPM Awards, customers/suppliers visits.
  • Provide administrative support to factory director, including scheduling meetings, organizing travel arrangements, claim settlement and managing calendars.

We believe you have

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering.
  • At least 1 year experience in TPM / lean manufacturing and ability to implement TPM tools
  • Proactive and analytical approach, self-driven and excellence team player
  • Good proficiency in Excel, power point, power BI, intermediate level in SAP 
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
