Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Supply Manager, who can manage a broad business responsibility to support and drive sustainable and cost competitive supplies for Corporate Services (Marketing & Communication, HR, Professional Services, Consulting Services, Travel, Logistics) within Corporate Services, APAC team.

This position will be based in Chakan, Pune

What you will do

•    Create & implement category strategy 
•    Lead implementation of the Global strategies 
•    Execute strategic sourcing 
•    Execute sourcing, contracting and supply base management
•    Manage regional supplier base and implement Global contracts & regional contracts
•    Ensure high leverage in Supplier selection, approval, negotiations and performance management.
•    Apply total cost of ownership and demand management in selection and performance process. 
•    Engage with stakeholders to identify the most suitable supply solution for a given demand.
•    Build Supplier Relationship and drive Partnership and collaboration at all levels.
•    Drive accuracy of master data on the suppliers, contracts & materials
•    Drive improvements & compliance of Supplier Management process.

We believe you have

•    Degree in Supply Chain Management or Supplier Management or equivalent is preferable.
•    Professional certification, e.g. CIPS or CPSM is preferable
•    At least 8 years of relevant working experience in the area of category management
•    Experience in managing functional teams across sites
•    Knowledge in Ariba & SAP and business processes would be preferred
•    Focus on performance and delivery of accurate and timely results 
•    Management experience in a matrix organization in an international environment.
