Job Summary

The role of Sr. Analyst Procurement, Sourcing & Contracting will be responsible for supplier management for base/preferred suppliers. Request For Quotation (RFQ), negotiation, contract mgmt. Analysis of suppliers, competition, benchmark, spend etc. Responsible for supplier management in line with strategy, process and KPIs for assigned suppliers.

This job will be permanently based in Chakan, Pune.

What you will do

  • Drive sourcing and contracting based on business needs in line with supplier management strategies.
  • Drive compliance to category strategy, supplier base plan, supplier management processes, contracts, and best practices.
  • Deliver training and support End User in relevant tools, usually 1:1 instruction.
  • Participates in target follow up and corrective action. Communicates results and acts as a proactive partner to End Users.
  • Ensures correct usage of relevant tools.
  • Develops and maintains strong stakeholder management relationships. Communicates results and acts as a proactive Business Partner.
  • Works according to good practices and facilitates networking on site.
  • Drive process improvement ideas & lies with process excellence team for implementation
  • Knowledge over quality management system.

We believe you have

  • Minimum 5 plus years work experience in Procurement, Sourcing and Contracting.
  • Experience in SAP-ARIBA & Coupa tools (Mandate requirement)
  • Global or international experience, 8+ years in E2E sourcing & contracting. Experience in handling indirect categories.
  • Good knowledge over contract lifecycle management
  • Good knowledge over other tools like Power BI, Advance excel & lean methodology etc.
  • University Bachelor/ Master or equivalent.
  • Fluency in English (both written and verbal.)
