Job Summary

The incumbant for this position will be a speaking partner to Master Data Driver on difficult local MD issues and methods of analysis and solutions; Execute advanced master data maintenance related tasks including complex mass updates. This position is part of the Shared Service Centre Hub of Supplier Management team and will be permanently based in Chakan, Pune.

What you will do

  • Based on master management strategy, implement and monitor efficiency on the master data activities. Challenge workflows and drive alignment of changes.
  • Update and manage ECC Contracts and PIRs including source list management 
  • Proactively and reactively propose and discuss solutions to difficult MD issues with team lead, Master Data Driver or Process Driver. 
  • Execute advanced master data maintenance related tasks including complex mass updates.
  • Coordinate Master Data cleansing activities.
  • Drive activities to fulfill master data quality KPIs.
  • Drive process implementation to Minimize differences in master data procedures across segments and regions. 
  • Provide information/analysis to Global Process teams for master data strategy definition. 

We believe you have

  • A Full Time University degree and at least 08 years of related experience in MDM area.
  • Good knowledge of IT systems SAP ECC and SAP Ariba is preferred.
  • Proven data management / analysis skills.
  • Upper intermediate English language skills: Fluency in English language skills both written and spoken as required.
