Job Summary

Tetra Pak Global Information Management (Global IM) supports the Tetra Pak Group with all aspects of Information Management. We set the Information Management strategy and standards and work together with Tetra Pak’s Global Process Owners to automate our business processes making sure we run projects & services that provide the greatest value for Tetra Pak and its customers. Global IM has approx. 900 employees in four main sites: Chakan in India, Lund in Sweden, Denton in the USA and in Singapore. 

• We are based in Chakan, Pune

• Transport Services Provided, Work Mode : Hybrid : 2 days' Work from Home and 3 days' Work from Office.

• Work from Office timings: IST 07:30 am to IST 04:30 pm 

What you will do

• Drive improvements for the Windchill and Creo solution (incl cadworkers, Windchill workflows etc) 
• Part of the internal product teams (knowledge sharing and collaboration) 
• Participate in projects related to the CDM area. 
• Collaboration and support End User community and stakeholders 
• Contribute to the design of Tetra Pak´s IT Solutions for Windchill/CDM based on business and technical requirements. 
• Responsible for specific CAD solutions incl configurations & customisations in Windchill. 

We believe you have

SME (Senior Windchill CAD expert) ,Overall Minimum 7 years of experience 

Must Have:

• 7 years Experience of PTC products (Windchill and Creo Parametric)     

• Experience in Creo installations and configuration (including cadworkers) 

• Understand the business functionality, the design and application development and underlying technical solution to effectively manage proposed improvements and end-user communication.  

• Excellent English communication skills (verbal and written) 

• Self-going and experienced in problem solving and proposal of different solutions. 

• High interest in learning existing/new solutions and configurations 

• Experience in agile methodology (Kanban in Jira). 

Good to Have:     

• Service oriented working approach (ITILv3 standard). 

          
Academics, Certifications, Work Experience :

• Educational Qualification :Engineering Graduate OR MCA    

• ITIL Certification / Familiarity: Good to Have

Soft Skills and Organizational Details:

• Good Communication (Verbal and Written) in English  

• Multitasking and Teamwork skills. Team Player (Most Important)
